Abstract
|
|
|
Plasma cell leukemia is a very rare form of immunocytic dyscrasia. The diagnostic
criteria include more than 20% plasma cells in the peripheral blood or an absolute
plasmacytosis of more than 2000/§§ inconjunction with a neoplastic plasma cell
proliferation.
We experienced two cases of plasma cell leukemia with kappa light chain in urine and
IgG kappa type monoclonal gammopathy in serum and urine.
The patients entered a transient partial remission with combination chemotherapy
(VBMCP). But they could not get over renal failure.
